FAQ
When will we receive our photos and videos?
You will receive a sneak peek within the first week after the wedding. The complete photo gallery is ready within 12 weeks, videos within 16 weeks.
How does the booking process work?
After our introductory call, you will receive a customized quote. Upon acceptance, you fill out our booking form (serves as contract) and pay the deposit to reserve your date.
How much deposit is required?
We require 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! We love destination weddings and have already photographed in Switzerland, Austria, Italy, South Africa and many other places. Travel costs are discussed individually.
Can we customize the package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is unique. We are happy to create a customized quote based on your wishes and budget.
How many photos will we receive?
Depending on the package and length of coverage, you will receive between 400 and 900+ professionally edited photos. We deliver quality over quantity – each image is individually edited.
